Design

Engineering

The engineering process allows you to develop the tridimensional design (3D) of the component and it is necessary for the realization of prototyping and subsequent molding

If our reference is an existing product, we rely on reverse engineering digitalization physical objects so that we can remodel surfaces with CAD.

For technical articles that fit into complex systems, we perform structural analysis of finite elements (FE) to optimize the design of the parts, without neglecting the technical, functional and regulatory aspects of the product.

Prototyping

A key aspect for industrialization of the product is rapid prototyping, before mold making

Mold design

FirmaSwiss is equipped with the latest CAD 3D tools for the design of injection molds for the production of plastic articles

Our designers are able to design molds for high quality technical and aesthetic products.The experience of our Team enables us to carry out and evaluate projects in order to analyze equipment construction costs and possible improvement or simplification margins.

All molds are designed in every detail, considering the design specifications defined with the customer in the engineering phase that meet the technical, aesthetic, dimensional and economic requirements.

Metal/Plastic conversion

Designed to increase efficiency and improve the aesthetic appearance of the product with significant reduction in costs maintenance.

Rubber/Plastic overprinting

Print directly on the plastic component some details or rubber details that will adhere to the workpiece perfectly without the need for bonding or manual insertion of other components.

Plastic/Metal molding

When the metal becomes irreplaceable, it is possible to combine different materials using the metal plastic coat through the advantages of both materials.
